About Wisfox Wireless Mouse FAQ:
Q1: Where is the USB receiver?
A: Generally,the USB receiver is inside the mouse, you can find it when you open the mouse battery cover. Please refer to the picture.

Q2: The scroll wheel didn’t work. The scroll wheel has no response.
A: Please try it with other applications to test whether it works again.
Q3: The cursor has no response.
Please clean the bottom lens of Mouse, in case there is any dust or foreign matter;
Please re-adjust the position of the bottom lens.
Q4:What does The side button do?
A: It's a forward and backward function. The Back and Forward Buttons are not available for Mac OS because the system itself is a closed one, not open to the public, but the other function can be used normally.
Q5: The mouse cursor got delay/ didn’t perform well.
A: Please try it with the following steps:
1. Please try a new battery to test whether it works better.
2. Please make sure that the distance between your mouse and the USB receiver is as close as possible.
3. Please adjust the DPI to a lower level by pressing the DPI button.
4. Please kindly make sure that there is no other interference, such as another wireless mouse, Wi-Fi signal metal objects.
If the USB port for inserting the USB receiver is at the back of the motherboard or TV, it will be better to add an extension cord to insert the USB receiver.

Q1: Where is the USB receiver?

Q2: How to rematch the code?
A: For Mouse:
1.Make the mouse close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver
2.Remove and install the battery again.
3.Long press the right button and the scroll simultaneously.
For keyboard:
1.Make the keyboard close to the receiver and then unplug and plug the receiver.
2.Remove and install the battery again.
3.LONG press the “ESC” button and “K” button simultaneously.
Q4: The keyboard doesn’t work.
A: Please try it with the following steps:
2. Please plug the USB receiver into another computer and try it.
3. Please shorten the distance between the USB receiver and the keyboard.
4. Please re-match the code to test whether it works again.
Q5: Neither mouse and keyboard don’t work.
A: Please try it with the following steps:
1. Please plug the receiver into another USB port and try it.
2. Please make sure to install the original USB receiver.
3. Please re-match the code for the mouse and the keyboard respectively.
